How Free Membership and WhiteGuard LITE work
What you should know
When the production membership integration is connected and verified, Captivation Hub will control membership access to WhiteGuard LITE. LITE settings and maintenance records will remain on this browser/device; they will not be synchronized or automatically backed up. Clearing browser data can remove them.
Quick orientation
Installable. Add LITE to your home screen for an app-like experience with offline fallback.
Reminders on-device. They fire while the app is available and catch up when you reopen it.
Records stay local. Nothing is synced or auto-backed up. Clearing browser data can remove them.
Governed steps. LITE organizes the routine — it never substitutes for your printer's approved instructions.
What to expect from LITE
- LITE is free for one printer and one operator.
- LITE centers on four daily checks: White Ink Agitation, Nozzle Check & Clean, Capping Station Wipe, and Humidity & Environment Log.
- LITE supports exception flags only. Review/acknowledge/resolve escalation and any email escalation are paid/partner actions and are not available in Free LITE.
- LITE data is stored on the current browser/device. It is not synchronized or automatically backed up. Clearing browser data can remove it.
- On-device reminders work while the web app/PWA is available and catch up when reopened. LITE does not guarantee closed-app push.
- LITE does not diagnose equipment, interpret nozzle patterns, prescribe universal corrective action, prevent failures, or replace manufacturer/dealer documentation.
- LITE does not imply manufacturer endorsement.
